AT&T

So slow..only 2 people working and 5 customers....been sitting here for like 25 mins and no one has come up or said anything..i regret switching from Verizon..

On my quest to switch carriers I visited various stores for different providers across Twin Falls. The level of customer service found in this AT&T store, as well in the mall overall surpassed what I experienced elsewhere. Chase, at the location in the mall was exceptionally helpful. I'm hoping the level of support I received from my past AT&T encounters will resume when I switch service to them.

This location is outside the mall in a standalone building. It is a retail store. The phone number and hours listed are for the store inside the mall. Very misleading!!!!
