They Lost A Few Things I’ve Ordered Online From My $6,000 Dollar Order, And Then They Cancelled My Dryer After It Was On Its Way.
My husband and I purchased several things on Saturday from the garden center and a few things from inside the store. Stacy in the garden center was our cashier. I can’t say enough kind words about Stacy, she was so friendly and personablenn. My husband and I just moved to Twin Falls and Stacy welcomed us to the area and made us feel as though she were genuinely happy that we had moved here. Home Depot is certainly blessed to have such a cheerful and friendly employee.
Lately, it's always been a bittersweet experience. There are great staff, deals to be had, and they usually always have what contractors need at a fair price. Much of the inventory is stored way up high on the shelves in the store, so if you need a pallet or two of product, you could be there, like we were, for 90 to 120 minutes waiting for assistance to get said product from the top of shelves, to the job trailer in the pick-up zone. I haven't seen yet, where management was part of the solution, only enhancing the problem.
They don't really care about the customers' needs nor stand behind the products they sell.nThe staff spends more time off the floor or on their phones, and when you're done, you have to check yourself out and hope you don't have a problem.nHome Depot has lost me as a customer and probably many more.
It's Home Depot, similar to other Home Depots, I've been to better and worse ones. This location is a little on the shaker side, outside garden is small. In general they usually have what I am looking for though.nnSome good / large Halloween stuff this year.
