Lots of great products but customer service is not great. I realize that people steal and that's unfortunate but myself and others I know have been made to feel like they're not really welcome when they're there but the staff will stand around corners watching but not engage you to see if they can assist you.... it's kind of unsettling. I personally shop on their website now.

Went in today to return a gigi pro wax kit since i was having troubles with the wax im a student at Aveda so i know how to wax but when i went in to return an associate named Pam was rude and treated me like i was stupid. Michele on the other hand was wonderful but pam made me feel like i didnt know anything.
