I've gone here for years and dreaded every visit. The doctor makes fun of my profession every time I come in, saying it's "dying" and wondering what my plan is when I'm no longer needed. I quit going because I was so tired of being "teased" at every visit and because I wanted to start wearing contacts, but at every visit the doctor would just say "well, try these samples" and I couldn't see out of them at all. When I told him I couldn't see well enough to drive, he would just give me another brand to try. No follow-up appointment. It wasn't until I got a new doctor that I realized how truly terrible Sears was. My new doctor did tests that the Sears doctor never had and informed me that I have a serious astigmatism- something I had never been told before! She told me that my contacts needed to have weights in them so they were positioned correctly for my astigmatism and I was amazed when she gave me some and- tada! I could see! She did tests with the contacts in and went so much further to make sure I could see than my old doctor had. I went home and looked at the contacts he'd given me... no weights. There was no way I could ever see out of them. I had gone to him for years and he had never figured out that I had an astigmatism. When I told my new doctor this she was shocked. I tell this to people not to drag Sears under the bus, but to inform people that this is a doctor who does not care if you can actually see, and that's just dangerous.

Very nice people. Doctor was very funny and made me comfortable. Will go back for sure

Ordered glasses and they are just not right. Some colors appear to be 3 dimensional with these glasses. I went here to save some money but I'll be going somewhere else from now on. My daughter's glasses never fit properly either. I figured they would catch these things.
