I bought a bed there a year ago, and it developed a bulge. So, not happy. But when I went back to them for a warranty, the process was super easy and seamless. I had no difficulties, mostly because their customer service team did a great job getting everything sorted. Then, I worked with Al to get a replacement. He was knowledgeable and helpful, showing me numerous options and discussing the pros and cons of each bed. I was very happy with him.
Really appreciate Yuktii help in purchasing a new dryer. The price was so reasonable that we bought two the same as our daughter is in need of one! The extra warranty is so worth it for peace of mind as well as it will be a store credit if not used in the time frame. Great experience and no pressure at all. Thank you!
Had great service at the Saskatoon South Stonebridge location. Nitin J was the salesperson answered all of our questions and respected our decision to shop around and we were back within an hour to make our purchase. The customer service he provided was amazing. The delivery crew wow, they were prompt, two young guys who safely brought up the couch to the apartment. My every mother enjoyed how polite and fast the delivery was of her new couch. Will totally recommend this location again
Just purchased a new bedroom set and NJ was lovely to deal with! He made the process very simple, was one of our fastest furniture store trips ever! Can’t thank him enough for his help.
Great experience. Came on News Years Day when they closed in 20 minutes. Everyone was very patient and friendly but not pushy, the salesperson was fantastic! Helped me out a lot. Nicely decorated, calm environment.
We were looking for a new couch and went to a different store. We were basically attacked by the salesperson in that store so we came to The Brick. Nitin Jain NJ greeted us once we walked in with kindness and no pressure. We walked around the store and he didn’t hover over us or make us feel uncomfortable. We eventually decided on a couch and he wasn’t pushy or trying to upsell anything else when we told him we would take it. He was probably one of the best salespeople I have ever dealt with. Keep it up, NJ. Thank you for your help with our purchase!
Al was our salesperson and he was very knowledgeable, engaging, answered all of our questions and gave us great information. We didn't plan on buying that day, however, after the great sales experience with Al, we knew we were in good hands and were sold!
Having bought a piece of furniture on December 31st 2021, once we assembled there were many pieces that were broken. It’s now October 17th 2022, and nothing has changed, even though we have called over 10 times, and being promised it will be rectified, one of them being Trish, the sales manager. We are so disgusted with the disgraceful care from The Brick that we will NEVER shop there again and would urge you to think long and hard before parting with your hard earned cash.
DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL Walked into the store a week before black Friday and were told the dining set we were interested in was in stock. 2 Days later finalized the purchase. All of a sudden, the set was not in stock anymore. A week later were told that the table and the chairs would arrive in a week, beginning of December. They did, but the table was faulty, so we only had the chairs. Table arrived 14 days later, before Christmas. Still no bench, while online eta was 12/24. No clue at the store. Then bench would be in Saskatoon on 12/28, but then the trucks had issues. Bench arrived in January and were told we have to pick it up, because there were already 2 deliveries to our place. Not our fault though. Then the story changed again, that we should pick it up, as it would take another 10 days for the bench to be delivered. No compensation or effort to make it right. Yuktii and the Management of this store do not worth your money and time.
Amazing service! Blair was so helpful today, helped us purchase washer and dryer and TV stand. Thank you Blair! We are happy with the purchase and the service.
