My husband purchased an Apple Watch and needed to receive help optimizing all that it does. We went to i world and the Manager, Joel Honeyman helped my husband. He went through all the questions he had and mentioned that he was welcome to drop by anytime if he required any additional help. We were very happy to have someone assist us. I would greatly recommend the service at this venue and particularly the help we got from Joel. We have been happy with the previous help we were given when we purchased products there.

My partner has some issues with his iphone and other places were no help or wanted insane prices. The team here was so helpful and friendly. The manager who I thinks name was Joel was professional and made sure that we left happy.

I went into iWorld to get everything off my old iPhone transferred to my new iPhone today. Shayde and Ian were super welcoming and amazing! Ian transferred all my important things and more onto my new phone so that I could have it all again! Their customer service is amazing. Will absolutely send all my friends and family to iworld in midtown!

I bought my iphone 13 pro in this store last summer and my experience was great. My husband and I didn’t know much about the phone but the filipino salesperson helped me a lot and I felt very welcome. He helped us count our cash and even offered to set up the phone for us. However today, I came with my husband to buy the latest iphone 14 pro and the salesperson was not as nice. I thought I was the only one who noticed but my husband opened up to me about the experience when we were driving back home. She sounded rude and we felt rushed. Didn’t feel comfortable for the whole time I was transacting with her.

I financed Apple Watch and airpod pro and my experience is excellent. The team was very kind, they made some mistakes making my transaction but Shayde and Joel was very quick to catch it. Thank you iWorld I will come back in the future to finance other apple items

Date Dec 2,2022. Called 3 times and no answer. Its a small town and we all know how busy it can get on friday there. Do not know the reason for not picking up the phone. Also, always out of stock. I have been there 2 times and neither time they had what i wanted. Short on stock. Close the store and go to bed

Love this location! I’ve gone there a few times and the staff have always been super helpful and helped me resolve my computer issues!! 100% recommend! Shayde and another gentleman helped me out, most recently, Thank you!

Had an issue with my work iPhone after an update where it didn’t install the cellular plan. Joel and Shayde were both extremely helpful and restored my cellular plan, plus they didn’t charge me for it.
