Neural Net Interactive is an Apple Specialist and Authorized Service Provider for Apple computers. We are also an authorized dealer for the Big Green Egg smoker and grill, and carry Celestron Telescopes.

Pretty good place. There is new staff and everything is being renovated. I got my Iphone 7 fixed there and it was fixed less than a week later and that is good timing considering this was over the holidays. I asked them if the water resistance was intact after the repair and they said yes, i don't know it that is true though

What did the apple technician say? was the man from your shop correct about the water resistance?

Will not go back...charged me $80 to clean out my charging port on my iPhone. Any other cellular dealer would not charge to do so.... Thought I would give them a chance, but will not go back.

Thank you Simon and the front desk team for restoring my MacBook pro, bringing my keychain back, restoring backup and cleaning. You folks, combined with the fine technical managers at AppleCare came thru for me!  Friendly, approachable front desk team, constantly updating me on the status and confirming work before proceeding...all what one can expect from a certified apple repair team. Thanks gang, and good luck with the big move.

I really wanted to support these guys—they're a local company, and they definitely know their stuff... However every time I call to see if they have a certain product in stock, they don't. Maybe it's just my bad luck? But it just strange that iWorld will have lots of XX in stock, and Neural Net has 0. This happened to me 4 or 5 times now,  as I liked to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I won't be doing that any longer.

My computer was having issues and wouldn't charge or turn on. I was informed they wouldn't be able to even run a diagnostic test for at least 2 weeks...and that's not actually fixing the computer. My guess is that I would be waiting a least a month for a solution. As a student, this just is not going to cut it. I need a laptop to write assignments on etc.
Went home, watched some YouTube videos, read some forums, and ended up figuring out what part needed to be replaced on my own within minutes. Ordered it off amazon and it will arrive on Monday.
If I could figure this out within a very short amount of time, neural net could've too instead of telling me I have to wait 2 weeks. They gave me no suggestions of what to try... absolutely zero customer service. Didn't ask me one thing about my laptop. Waste of my time to walk into this store. Not remotely helpful.
