Im one of the regular customer there, had very bad experience few weeks ago, there was melodica on sale, i tried to play it to check it, there was no sign saying about dont touch or anything, as i started playing it, the lady came over n said i have to buy it because they dont have sanitizer, luckily atleast i didnt have to buy that.... but yeah very rude customer service, hope they remember they are there for us, if they behave bad, its not them its the company will have negative impressions, better they behave n do their service better next time....

The prices in the rental department are unbeatable. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Specific shoutout to John at the rental desk. That guy is the best. Highly recommend

Having bought a violin off a website, I was having problems understanding how to function with it. I busted a string and realized that i needed help. The girl showed me how to tighten the strings without breaking them and replaced the string. No questions, no guilt, and she replaced the string free of charge when I mentioned that I did not have money The treatment was respectful and professional. I left with the best feeling imaginable, that someone had heard me, understood my problem and was there to fix it when I could not.
