My fiance and I went in to unlock a phone, turns out the phone was already unlocked & they accidentally charged us for it. When we went back to have the charge removed, there were notes on file indicating there would be no charge. Was easily removed with no hassle thanks to the agent who left notes! Thanks lady! Wish I remember who it was.

Dropped my phone off to get fixed under warranty. Was told I would be called as soon as my phone was ready. They gave me a loner phone that wouldn't charge properly and died in 4 hours of use. Was frustrated by the loner for 13 days. Still hadn't received a call from the store so I called them. Turns out my phone was fixed in one day and they never notified me it was done. I talked to the manager and he insisted that a text was sent to me but there was zero records of any text being received on my phone. Manager eventually apologized and offered me $20 back on my $60 deductible. Apology was insincere and had a rude tone on the call.

Worst service ever. Was planning to start the new year with this company. Coming from a telus subscriber. The guy that worked there was rude and lied to me saying the iphone 7 is sold out "company wide" even before christmas. Well I just walked 10 steps to the next store at bell and got 14gb of data on the phone that was apparently "company wide" sold out for a cheaper monthly and with 0 down that sasktel was asking 100$ that day.
