London Drugs has 80 stores in more than 35 major markets throughout British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. The pharmacy is still the heart of our business, but we also offer a full service computer department, cosmetics ranging from lipgloss to high-end face creams, furniture, cameras, high quality photo finishing, cordless phones and plasma televisions. More people buy their small appliances in London Drugs than any other place in Western Canada. All told, we serve over 45 million customers each year, and we are still growing.

Yesterday I went to buy a computer, I knew what I wanted as had looked online evening before at specifications etc. but it was not on display. After 10 minutes of looking at all on display I went to the counter. The one employee was looking after another customer so I waited. Finally another employee who had seen me come in and wandered away somewhere else returned. I asked him about the one I'd seen advertised, he said they no longer had any. Didn't offer any other assistance. I asked what others they may have in same brand but larger size. After a couple of looks in the back store room he found one I wanted. I paid for the computer after him trying to sell me additional warranty. No thank you, no have a good day ... nothing. Couldn't have been less interested. His customer service skills were horrendous. Do better!
Staff on the floor and at customer service showed little interest in helping me find a product listed on the website. I was redirected back and forth without anyone checking the aisle or walking with me, leaving me wandering for 15 minutes. The manager was the only one who stepped up, apologized, and got the item for me. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff seemed disengaged — a sharp contrast to places like Walmart where employees actively assist customers. Let the lazy staff go who are ungrateful for the job they got and get some real guys to work who are happy to get the job.
I went to London Drugs to return a PS5 that my wife had gifted me — it was brand new and never opened. The manager on duty I believe his name was something like Hamdreaz was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. He made me feel like I was doing something wrong or trying to steal, just for making a simple return.nnIs returning an unopened product a crime at London Drugs now? I expected basic courtesy, but instead got treated with complete disrespect. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, and I will never be coming back to this location again.nnPlease train your staff to treat customers with respect.
It’s a nice and quiet place to shop your skin care routinesnHowever, the prices are bit higher than their competitors not more than shoppers ofcnLike when I search a similar item on Amazon sometimes it’s 7-8 dollars differencenBut it’s fine when they have promotions.nStaff are nice btw!nThanks
Associate Greg was very helpful today and also very nice and chill. He helped me fix my computer within the day, he handled it very quickly.
