London Drugs has 80 stores in more than 35 major markets throughout British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. The pharmacy is still the heart of our business, but we also offer a full service computer department, cosmetics ranging from lipgloss to high-end face creams, furniture, cameras, high quality photo finishing, cordless phones and plasma televisions. More people buy their small appliances in London Drugs than any other place in Western Canada. All told, we serve over 45 million customers each year, and we are still growing.

A very pathetic customer service. I went to the store and ask about the lost receipt and the store rep did not want to help me. They just gave me customer service number to go and ask hel. When I called there and they said LD members is easiest way to get the receipt. The store manger even don't ask me for it.nI called other day at Lawson height location she tried to help me by using LD member and suggest me that 8 th street store would be able to look into it.
I was in the store this afternoon. Farhan and Khush were great and helped with what I needed and wanted done. They were driven to help me figure out what I needed done. I would give both of the 5 stars for their assistance on helping me today. I appreciate their support and help.nnAnother staff member, would love to speak to store manager about this other individual another photo department employee, was completely useless and unwilling to help. I was able to get 2 pictures on a mug with using the blank customization template. He told me it could not be done getting both pictures on the mug. This individual was dismissive about my mug being done a certain way which I had done with no issues last spring. He was neglectful on even learning after Farhan and Khush had figured it out for me. A great staff member would be willing to know for the future and he was completely dismissive. I'm very disappointed about his behaviour but I kept my emotions in tact as I was professional about it. Apparently he told me he's been with company for 20 years but doesn't know how to do a blank double template. Maybe he needs more training and also better customer service skills. Very disappointed with his attitude and demeanor the 2 times I interacted with him. I went home after and brought my mug to show him, but he was unwilling to help or figure it out. I would give him 0 stars if Google had that option. I gave all those stars for Farhan and Khush who helped me figure out those mugs. That unhappy employee who I won't mention needs to show more professionalism and respect for customers. He was a Mr. Know it all but as it turned out, a huge thanks to Farhan and Khush, I was able to get my mugs printed using that double template.
Today, I went to this store for my photo at their photo lab but I was really disappointed from the service because one of their employee did not understand what I was trying explain about my photo but, I don’t know why he was in hurry ???. After my photo was taken by him and I questioned him can you please take another picture cause this photo is not good but he was really rude and unresponsive. Then he told me I am only going to take one another photo because i have other people to attend.nIf, he took good picture in first time proper way so I don’t have to tell him to took another photo.
London drugs is a mart where you can get almost everything you're looking for. I found one of the facial products I've been looking for in various marts here. They have a huge availability of various medications, skin products, home equipment, beauty products, etc. One downside is that they're less staffed and there could be much queue when there are many customers. More effort should be put into recruiting staff.
I’ve been coming here for years. I love the pharmacy but just had a sour experience.nI paid for my merchandise at the pharmacy, and was walking out with my receipt in my hand. A guy in sweatpants and a hoodie came running at me yelling, tried to grab my arm, and ask if I was stealing merchandise. He claimed to be a loss prevention officer, not sure if he is, but he probably shouldn’t be wearing sweats running after women yelling at them with zero indication that they’re staff. I’m actually kind of disgusted and this might impact me using London drugs and this pharmacy in the future
