Very disappointed with their customer service! The voccum robot always broken down and replaced some of parts for three times in 6 months. that makes me quite annoying with it. so I came here to request to get return. The manager said they are just retailer, and only do refund in 1 month by policy. They don’t have responsible for the product when it happens over 1 month , they can’t do anything!nSo will they make money from us? But they do nothing!nAnyway, I would Never buy anything in Best Buy!
Customer service here is honestly a joke. I posted a review earlier and was told to contact you, which I did. I was told the store manager would reach out to me—still nothing. Great managerial skills, considering it clearly shows how little you care about your customers.nWithout customers, you don’t have a business. And in today’s world, negative experiences spread fast. You’re risking losing even more profit if nothing improves.nI work as a General Manager, and my number one priority is guest satisfaction. If someone isn’t happy, we figure out what went wrong and fix it. Do you guys need help with that? Because right now, it seriously looks like you do.nAt this point, it feels like you’re hoping customers will just give up instead of actually resolving the issue. That’s not customer service—that’s avoidance. If you want people to trust your business, start by following through on your own promises.nHonestly, if your goal was to show customers how little their concerns matter, you’re doing an amazing job. Maybe try surprising people and actually responding next time

Adrik helped my grand daughter and I find the perfect tablet tonight. We came from Walmart with absolutely zero help and frustration to walking into Best Buy and being helped immediately. He was very friendly and found out what our needs / wants were and showed us different options. Thank you, for making my christmas shopping easy and pleasant:
Customer service is garbage here. They treat you like the plague around the store and barely give you any form of help. At the till the woman didn't even speak to me, slid my receipt accross the counter and literally walked away. No thank you, no goodbye, no nothing.nnMaybe they should hire a new Store manager that actually trains the team to show some respect. Don't bother leaving your copy & paste responses either.
