I had a disappointing experience at Staples while trying to transfer my Lucky Mobile SIM card to Bell. Right at the beginning, I informed the employee, Abihan, that I had taken time off work and was in a hurry.nnIn the middle of helping me, he asked me to wait “5 minutes” and started assisting another customer who was purchasing a phone and SIM card. After that, I kept being told “5 more minutes” and “10 more minutes.” I ended up waiting around 35 minutes and my request was still not completed, so I eventually had to leave.nnI believe he should have finished assisting me first before moving on to another customer, especially since my request had already been started and I had clearly explained that I was short on time. I understand stores can get busy, but customers’ time should still be respected.

I normally go to the other staples in the city but it was my first experience on this site. I can say my experience was mixed because the stuff my kids were looking, they didn't get here and we had to go the other site for that. Staff is less friendly and passive as they aren't paid well or of low in energy. I was waiting near the counter and nobody asked me for the assistance though they weren't that busy. The security guard was looking everybody with suspicious way as everyone is here to grab something, he needs to be polite and should learn how to deal with customers. Parking facility is available but not that large.

Very disappointing experience.nnWe arrived at approximately 5:40 PM needing photos for our immigration application. We only required digital photos, not printed copies. However, we were told that there was no paper available and that the store was already closing, so we could not be helped.nnWhat was frustrating is that we arrived before closing time and only needed a digital service. Immigration applications are time-sensitive, and we specifically made the trip there expecting assistance during business hours.nnI understand that stores need time to close, but customers who arrive before closing should still receive the service being advertised. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling dismissed and inconvenienced.nnI hope management reviews this situation and improves customer service for future clients.

I was really frustrated after discovering the laptop I bought was a lemon, but Ollie turned my day around. He was extremely helpful in assisting me with dropping off my return package at Purolator. Great service and a genuinely positive experience. Thanks, Ollie!

Do not ship international packages at this location. Our overnight package has been stuck at a customs brokerage for two weeks because this location failed to fill out the proper paper work. All attempts to remedy the situation were not met with Staples or FedEx. The manager Jackie at Staples was unwilling to accept any responsibility. They are passing the buck to each other and no one has been helpful in getting the package released.
