Abdul helped me out the moment I arrived. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient and most importantly, honest. I went into the Brick thinking that I wouldn’t like anything, and I ended up buying a bed frame, mattress, night table and sectional all in one shot. If it wasn’t for his expertise, advice and kindness, I would not have had such a good experience. It was extremely easy, convenient, and I felt very good about my purchase. I highly recommend dealing with Abdul if you decide to shop at the brick.
If The Brick have employee of the year or month it should be Khan. I went to the Brick at 1165 Kennedy Rd this sales associate go beyond measures to help me get what I want. He was patient, great customer service skill, while sitting there I see other sale associates come to him for help. He has a positive impact on employees productivity and he seems to get along well with his work colleagues. As a customer at Brick Khan even introduced me to the brick credit card which allows you save on their product and pay later with no interest at a certain time period. Khan you are the best.. keep up the good work and thank you I love my chair.. big up you self every time.. 5 star to you*****
My mother and I received great service from Marshall at the The Brick Outlet Scarborough location. Marshall was very personable. He greeted us and gave his name and told us to take our time and let him know when we were ready. We really appreciate that kind of service. He allowed us to take the time to really look at what we wanted and there was no pressure. We had to go back home to take measurements and he was chill letting us know when we were ready he would be ready to help us. Fantastic honest service. Thank you also to Trevor the store manager. On our first visit he was busy running around but I noticed he took time to stop when sale associates approached him with questions. On our other visits he would stop by and say hi. Great team! Great service!
Got a queen bed and mattress from the store today. Usually I shop around a lot before finalizing something. But the main reason for my purchase today was the best customer service received from Mr Abdul. He was confident in what he said, knowledgeable and also pleasing to deal. I would highly recommend his service if you pass by this store.
I normally don’t write reviews.. but my experience at THIS specific brick location had been so amazing so I just had to write the review. Andrew and Kayla Manager have been absolutely amazing in helping me solve an issues with my sofas. They were very patient and respectful and helped me sort out the issues, and also helped me figure out a payment issue for a new pair of sofas which I also bought from the brick. I highly highly recommend them! 5* for their customer service!
From beginning to end our experience with The Brick was excellent. Our sales person Yasmin was patient, knowledgeable, and kind. We were looking at a sectional couch with recliners and wanted to see what it would look like in a different configuration and she did not hesitate to find warehouse staff to help move the couch around. Everyone including the gentleman who moved the couch for us was helpful and accommodating for this request. And the delivery drivers Dave and Pardeep were exceptional. Like seriously awesome guys. They were friendly, courteous, and conscientious of our home and property. They worked in an efficient manner and left the house spotless. We would certainly recommend The Brick to others and make future purchases ourselves.
Excellent customer service. The sales rep Abdul went above and beyond to make sure the appliances were the right fit for our needs and made sure it was in stock. It would not be possible if it wasn't for Mr. Abdul and I recommend you check him out for all your furniture and appliance needs.
Had an amazing experience at the store today. The manager and our sales representative Gino were very helpful and knowledgeable. Got a great deal and would highly recommend to anyone looking for good furniture at great prices.
Purchased some furnitures and a king mattress from this location. Abdul was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We told him what are budget were and he is extremely understandable and gave us the best deals. The store in general has good deals for the boxing week, and their customer service is superb. Thank you Abdul!
Gino Matthew at the Kennedy Road Brick location gave us the best service. He listened to our needs and gave us what we wanted rather than trying to push on items that we don’t need for the sake of a sale. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us throughout the entire transaction. I will definitely come back to Gino for all our future furniture needs.
