RK Furniture House

If you want to get ripped off, lied too, and possibly not have the item you purchased delivered to you than come to RK furniture house. Multiple sales associate on the floor at all times and are very eager to take your money but will leave you in the dark once you're ready to pick up your item or have it delivered. It's not worth it to save a couple hundred dollars and to deal with all the headaches associated with it. Just read all the other reviews. All positive reviews for this place is either written by staff or family members of staff.

Reasonable prices, good quality products and excellent customer service. Nick and Sera were very professional and accommodating. We are now waiting for our furniture and very excited. We hope to receive it soonest!!

The worst place you can ever shop... I was a customer from 12 years but not anymore. Rajan and is team are extremely careless, will never stand at their promise, NO after-sales customer services, false promises and lies are the only "answers" you'll get on your calls. They'll we'll you some thing else and will deliver some thing else and will not attend calls... they are experts in making BAD things WORST. BAD BAD BAD.... DO NOT BUY from these liars or else you'll regret....

Okey showroom and products, but horrible accountability and service. Avoid if possible. We got a nice looking coffee table, and when they delivered it, we noticed that it is damaged in several areas. They didn't replace as one might expect. It got me a lot of stress and around 6-8 weeks of follow ups (calling 20+ times) and they finally sent a furniture repair person to repaid the brand newly delivered item!! He did his best, and we just gave up and said fine. To be on the fair side, the chairs we got were great. That's why I am giving it a mid-rating.
