Furniture delivered as promised ... incorrect mattress size but as soon as it was brought to their attention they corrected it.

This place deserve ZERO!!!! star(s). I HAD TO WRITE A REVIEW FINALLY!! THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO BUY YOUR FURNITURES. VERY UNRELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE( SALES LADY), LIARS ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY SAY DELIVERIES ARE TO BE MADE. JUST WORD OF ADVICE DO NOT SHOP HERE JUST TO SAVE YOUR SELF THE STRESS FROM THIS COMPANY. THERE ARE MANY OTHER STORES IN THE SAME AREA WITH FAR BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They deserve infinite minus stars! Extremely bad service, no commitments, rude attitude, completely unprofessional! I discourage people from purchasing from this shop!

NEVER SHOP HERE. I haven't ever seen worse than this store and I hope I could give them zero. I purchased a bed set from them and they were supposed to deliver the whole set together in four days and assemble the parts in my place. They did not deliver the set for two months!!! After two months of following up (calling 18 times) they delivered the parts but the quality was totally different from what we had seen in store. Also, the set parts (night stands, bed, drawers) were not matched. The set was not looking like a real SET. I had also purchased two end tables with the bed set and it was sent to me disassembled in two boxes again after eight weeks and I they refused to assemble them as they were supposed . I called them several times, asking for replacing the bed parts that were not matched. The sale representative, named RUTE, just screamed at me and hung up the phone.

Shittiest place! It's been over 6 months and still haven't received my furniture! Ordered 2 sets of furniture and a dinning set! They fool people by delivering damaged floor models and missing pieces that I still haven't received!!! Don't ever shop here! Because it's been 6 months and I still haven't received my sofa! And they delivered a cheaper dinning set than I ordered
