Great store with great staff. Selection was good and prices were decent. Wasnt forced to buy anything, sales rep explained everything well

If you want to waste your valuable time and money this is the best place to invest. Another company to show customer service is a dying entity.They don't have enough stock when you order they will buy it from the mattress company and bring it with there extra charge I don't understand why they are running a business when there is no proper service and management. I suggest to do business with the company which are registered with BBB (Better Business Bureau). extra bucks for delivery. my friend lost his $ 140.

Zack I want to thank you for the wonderful experience I had a Sleep factory. You were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable on all your products and helped me find the perfect bed. I will definitely be coming back when another bed is needed. Also I'll make sure to recommend sleep factory to anyone looking for beds at great prices. Unbelievably amazing service in a time where customer service is a dying entity.

Zach is an amazing sales rep. He is helpful but not pushy. He offered a lot of great deals and really helped set my boyfriend and I up at our new place. I will definitely be giving Zach my business again.

Such great service, Zack was so professional and made our buying a mattress there so easy! He helped us pick the right mattress and I haven't slept better! Lots of variety in store to try and very competitive prices.
