I spent 2 days hiking the trail with my girlfriend and we both loved it. She is a novice hiker and new to no trace and "back country" camping and I am more experienced at both. We camped at the Coyote campsite as listed in the map attached. The site is rocky but flat and sheltered from the wind. We hiked the entire yellow and blue loops (minus the 0.7km connection on the yellow), in about 10h excluding breaks. There is a lot of elevation change and very rocky parts of the trail. I would rate the trail medium for difficulty.

Great backcountry experience in town. I have hiked the first 3 loops (yellow, blue and red)- they are easily done as day hikes for experienced hikers.
