Best shop I've been to, fantastic staff that help with anything they can. Always a welcoming environment and a great selection from accessories to parts and complete bikes. The staff team is extremely knowledgeable and provide numerous services. Events held by The 11 are always fun. Glad to call it my local bike shop.

The Team at the 11inc helped me get a Direct Mount brake for a bike last year and I never got around to saying thanks! Chris Francoto is an excellent mechanic and overall stellar dude. Glad he's back there. J

One of the worst bike fits I've ever had. I went to the 11 for a bike fit before and it was good, but now that the fits are free and if they don't think you'll be spending money there (and I was prepared to spend ~$300 for a fit) they really don't care about you. Despite having made an appointment, Heath only spent about 15 mins with me and drastically lowered my saddle and sent me on my merry way. After a couple of even more painful easy rides, I had to stay off my bike for a month until I went to get an actual fit elsewhere. This is a great shop if you're well off and are willing to spend tens of thousands there. But if you're there to spend a couple hundreds, you'll feel like you're just getting in their way, and they want nothing to do with you.

I did not buy my pinarello from them, but they helped me with authentication of my few year old Pinarello. The staff even gave me an outline how often to lube and clean the bike. I felt very welcoming even though, I did not purchase from them. I am more than happy to have them in area. I also often feature their bikes on my youtube channel Ivans Bikes . In that case we spread the word about the The 11 Inc. Truly five star rating from me.

Great bikes, sold and custom fitted by genuine bike enthusiasts. I was a little nervous walking in because I needed a great commuter bike and they have lots of beautiful carbon fibre racers in the store. Heath took that in stride and suggested 2 bikes that they like that fit my profile. I preferred the Focus Urban Planet and they swapped a few parts out to get it sized just right. It's awesome and the whole experience was superb.
