Wicker Emporium

Bought a bench online and selected this location for pick-up. They advised that they will call me when the furniture reach this store. After 2 weeks, no call from them, so I called them. The lady said they have my furniture (but why they didn't call??). Couple of days later, I went to pick it up. Entered the store but no acknowledgement by the young gentleman, even when I approach him and there was nobody else in the store. He seemed busy on his computer so I toured the store a bit and eventually came to ask him about my order. But he's too busy phoning and typing so so he asked me to wait. And I waited. I would have left if I didn't already ordered online. After a while, now he can help. Now he's having issues finding the paperwork for my online order but eventually find it. He left and come saying he can't find my furniture or it's lost somewhere in the back of their store. What??? He asked me if I wants to take the display unit. WHAT?? I said I need the one I ordered, not an opened box. He said he can't find it although he has the paperwork in their files. Eventually I took the display unit as he insisted he couldn't find my box and suggested I go to another store. Next time, just avoid this store altogether and get something from the many other stores around the corner.
