Bought a MK bag for my wife for anniversary gift. The bag I wanted was sold out online called this store, someone from the other end said it’s sold out but told me to hold the line, after few minutes she said she got one bag for me!! Surprised me!! Excellent customer service. 5 star for me thought didn’t asked her same!

I just want my money back and cannot reach anyone to do so... I purchased a coat for my mother for Christmas in October and was advised I could return it if she did not like it. Perspective - my mother is 75 years old with cancer. She LOVED the coat but quickly discovered the feathers left a trail all over her clothes. I attempted to resolve the issue and return the coat and have been unable to reach anyone with any authority to fix this. I have been to store level and then their head office. To no avail. I am beyond frustrated! This company will NEVER get my business again. Are you ready for this??? I just spoke with a manager who told me her manager (who she cannot name as it is "company policy" will call me tomorrow - i have heard this 2 other times before with no call back). AND they are not allowed to provide the information for their Corporate Office - that is also against their POLICY. WOW. Geez. I just want my money back for a 9 week long attempt to do so.

I bought a down coat from Michael Kors and a button came off after a few times wearing it. They replaced the button and it took 3 weeks, but the over all experience was pleasant.
