Best Buy

I've had the pleasure of dealing with Andrey today and he was so helpful...as a matter of fact he is the most helpful associate I've ever dealt with at Best Buy. He came over to assist me with a printer & I had a bunch of questions, for the ones he didn't know, he researched and gave me an answer, he really sealed the deal for me deciding to make this purchase. Happy with my new printer : Thank you ANDREY!

Andrey was the Best Buy employee that helped me with my purchase. He helped me understand the product better and gave the best advice. He exceeded my expectations by answering the 20+ questions I had and being extremely knowledgable while doing so. I haven't experienced this amazing of a customer experience in a long time. I would come back to Best Buy just because of Andrey!

Came to buy a phone around 7 pm it was closing time on Saturday, but THOMAS team lead assisted us till 8pm and we bought two phones. I was super satisfied by his commitment and the service provided to us.

Terrible customer service. The employees were RUDE. We came more than 3 times every time the phone was available online, but the employee informed us that it was sold out. The customer service from employees Julious and Sarah was terrible. He did not even answer the questions and was busy chatting on the phone. They did not even suggest any other phone or plan. Will never buy anything from this store. Never visit this store, but instead buy from any other location.

We bought two VR headsets and though it does say on the receipt that you cannot return them they didn't tell us that in store and I wish they did because we could've gotten one instead of two and learned that they give us headache. We only learned that we cannot return them after returning to the store with two headsets we really don't want and cannot use.
