I have not had experience with buying here but I would rate geek squad experience here. I took my laptop here since it was not Switching on itself first they said they can repair motherboard but I got call and they said they can’t repair its motherboard board issue. They can’t replace and all diagnostic they did is try to switch of keeping it on charge. lol I did the same and told them if it’s that only you tell me now. But they any how did same and charged 60 bucks plus tax for no reason. I would not recommend this bestbuy for sure. Worse experience with geek squad and 0 knowledge whatsoever..

I had a best experience here at Best Buy!! I was looking for a laptop for university. JJ helped me a lot with making my decision. He was very patient and answered all my questions. The manager was super nice as well. He gave me a huge discount. I would recommend!!

I've had the pleasure of dealing with Andrey today and he was so helpful...as a matter of fact he is the most helpful associate I've ever dealt with at Best Buy. He came over to assist me with a printer & I had a bunch of questions, for the ones he didn't know, he researched and gave me an answer, he really sealed the deal for me deciding to make this purchase. Today I went into BestBuy and was quickly greeted by Thomas one of the team leaders. He was very friendly and helpful. The whole experience was fantastic because of him, he helped me out when trying to find a product they sold out of. Thomas deserves a promotion! Thank you Thomas!

Came to buy a phone around 7 pm it was closing time on Saturday, but THOMAS team lead assisted us till 8pm and we bought two phones. I was super satisfied by his commitment and the service provided to us.
