Terrific support staff and services i have received. I had a return and they are printing wrong receipt 5 time. They are not abel to print even a single time. Worst experience nnAmber was manager she tried but no luck. If manager can't do How can I trust they have sent the parcel. Even tracking is not there as all.

Service Ontario is located in the corner of Staples, they open at 9AM in the morning, could be different during weekends, check via Google search. I renewed my health card here, I believe you can renew your drivers license unless you hold a special higher class drivers license. I recommend going early in the morning to avoid line-ups. Please do not rush anyone, please give YOURSELF the time to go early and in advance so you don't feel the need to rush yourself or anyone else.

Setting up a number to take my place in line on thier computer was fast and easy.nI waited only a few minutes to renew my Ontario Driver's License and Ontario Health card.nPutting a Service Ontario location in this store makes sense. It makes things alot quicker and easier to get done.n• Service was professional.n• plenty of parking.

I went there ,the Photo printer is Not working, now I was calling since this morning until afternoon, because i don't want to waste my time to go there and the printer is still not working, but no answer!!!!!!nLike how Busy are you not to answer a minute call.nnSo came again at your stores since I don't know if it's working or not and guess what,! It's not working, so I wasted my time and money because you don't even answer phone!!!!!nn- same scenario - calling again ,no one answering --

Staples should make sure service Ontario people stay off the office area. You’re losing customers and profit. Came to check out office furnitures but I couldn’t because they’re sitting in everything. Was ready to buy, but ended up leaving since I can’t try or check out anything.nnI asked a worker her name was Vini I think, what I’m supposed to do. Instead of her assisting me, she brushed it off and said I can’t do anything tell them to get off. She was busy chatting with some guys..So you’re telling a customer to do a job that an associate is paid for , she couldn’t assist in telling people . Staples why are you making customers do your associates job on telling people to get off merchandise ..the girl Vini wasn’t willing to help and wanted the customer to do it… the other worker was nice enough to offer help, but at that point I was just disappointed how lack of help Vini the staples associate was and how management doesn’t handle this so people can shop properly.
