Plus 2$ plus tax for a single line of tape for your package.nService is rude.nI won’t come here again.nnChoose other service for returns where they only take your package and done. No hassles.

Our experience was absolutely unacceptable. We visited for a simple print job, which we had already submitted online after confirming with staff that it would be done instantly. However, upon arrival, we were told it would take 3–5 business days—completely contradicting what we were told earlier.nnInstead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, the employees were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. What should have taken less than a minute turned into an unnecessary argument that lasted nearly an hour. Not only did they refuse to help, but they also showed zero courtesy or willingness to resolve the issue.nnThis was one of the worst customer service experiences we've had. We will not be returning, and we strongly advise others to avoid this place if they expect basic respect and reliable service.
