Customer service from the manager is very rude (an uptight and arrogant guy who seems like he's frowning 24/7), as if everyone except himself knows nothing about what they're doing. Treats almost all customers as if they are crooks. Maybe he's happy and feeling great in his own little world, but I wonder with this kind of attitude how far can he go . My impression is that other staff in the branch notice his bad attitude, too. Sorry for this branch, you lost yourself another customer because of him. The only reason I would use this branch again will be the ATM only.

Run down location and impossible to get to unless you're driving northbound on Woodbine. Really inconvenient that it does not have a drive thru either. Would not recommend.

People working in this branch not be trained how to treat people nicely. Very bed customer service in this branch.
