The branch manager speaks to regular joes very rude, he really only cares about the rich who don't work for a living. Typical snobby Markhamite.

I am also equally disappointed that the hours on the site are not updated. Not only wasted my time travelling there, but also because I didn't prepare for an alternative option . because .. why would I, if the hours are posted on the net ? And missed necessary banking before a long weekend.

We always receive extraordinary service from Ben. I believe he is the branch manager. We go to this branch at least once a week. He is always very personable and helps answers our questions. The parking is more challenging than others but it is a similar walk to the branch in comparison to the other RBC on hwy 7/Birchmount.

I have 2 RBC locations near me and this one being one of them, is terrible. They try to be nice but every time I visit, something goes wrong and I can never do what I need to do. I also hate how inconvenient their entrance is from where I park my car.
