Slow lines almost every time I've been in... staff sometimes doesn't even know what they're doing. We called to book an appointment with an advisor weeks ahead and we go in only to find out that they didn't even pencil it down. Even with confirmation and all they just said it wasn't there Oh and they also charge a bunch of random hidden fees so BE SURE TO CHECK UR BANK STATEMENTS MONTHLY TO AVOID BEING SCAMMED TD overall needs to improve customer support phone lines because I don't want to stay on hold for 35+ minutes for everyday banking needs and then have to hear reps try to oversell me on additional accounts or products half the time I'm on the line. I'd say step it up but it's too late we are switching to cibc.

Inconvenient location and slow service times. Horrible parking lot. Would not recommend unless absolutely necessary.

Unbelievably slow service. Wait times always exceed 20 minutes. Customer service is deplorable at best.

I was calling this number to complain about a teller who just helped me but was very unprofessional. So I called the branch number and there was a Chinese woman who speaks terrible English answered the phone. Not sure if she is the manager but she definitely speaks very limited English. When I called the number I asked if she preferred me to speak English or Chinese, but she was like: I don't understand what you said. When she asked my phone number she said "transaction number" and made me very confused. She had no courtesy at all and sounded very aggressive. During the call conversation, she was arguing that how good her English is as she " stayed in London" before. She never realized it was the teller's mistake but started to accuse me that I was wrong. Very unprofessional and rude. Avoid this branch!!

Terrible experience with TD Merchant services. After using them for 8 years, we realized we were being over-charged, so we decided to switch to another firm. We called TD Merchant Services and asked for our account to be cancelled. Since this date, our bank account has continued to be charged without our authorization. It was at this time that we were told that the 8 year old terminal would not need to be returned since it was obsolete. We were also informed that there was a $300 cancellation fee if we cancelled immediately. We opted to cancel. In early May, when we noticed more charges being withdrawn from our checking account, we again called to cancel our services, at which time we were told that an $880 fee would apply due to not returning the terminal, and they refused to stop charging us until I agreed to the fee. On May 31st, on a recorded call, I spoke with “Eddy,” who again informed us that he could not cancel the account without my acceptance of the fee. Eddy also revealed personal information such as my recently changed address, and phone numbers, which I had not authorized to be shared between TD Canada Trust (my Bank) and TD Merchant services. I've reported the incident to the Ontario Attorney General's office. I'm afraid this ends an 8 year relationship with both companies.
