Worst experience ever. We waited for over 30 minutes and no one was able to serve us. We were just standing there and no one was trying to help us out. We went to another BOC and withdraw majority of our savings out. Don't recommend this location at all.

This branch is a big joke. No one ever is there to take your call, their business hr is ridiculously short. Might as well take your business somewhere else.

The manager Melissa went out of her way to help us out. The bank overall still needs to improve on service standard.
