CIBC Branch with ATM

Terrible customer service in this brancH!!Specially the lady who first name start with N. My office near by this branch. Have being opening CIBC 7months. Met this lady 3times. All come with uncomfortable experience, point figure on my face, don’t listen up the request. Not friendly at all. Even no smile. I decide to cancel my account. CIBC manager team should considering improve the customer service. Not surprise the review is only 2.6. ! If you have the chance go to this branch（front desk. Not office )You don’t like either.

so annoyed coming in to this place! i was in a rush to pay for my bills. I have paper bills with me that needs to be paid. When I got there I told the lady at the desk that I have paper bills that needs to be paid. She told me that I have to do it online or have to use the ATM machine. I told her that the bills are not save on my account yet that's why I came to her, because since I am already in the area it would've been much easier. She again told me to go to the machine! I just do not get what type of service they have over here!other CIBC branch would just simply do it for me! but this particular branch or that lady just made it difficult for me paying my bills!

Anytime in this particular branch only one teller will be there. very slow and doesn't about the customers.

No long wait times to meet up with a Banker but not a great customer service. I felt they were a bit on a ruder side.
