Terrible branch. Business customers have to wait in the same queue as regular bankers.

Great location. Parking isn't the best since it is a plaza with too many stores in it but this location is appropriately sized and sometimes they have free beverages.

I have not seen TD Canada Trust branch like that, I did withdraw RESP from this branch, I am waiting 9 days the money still did not deposit to my account, I did call the TD staff (Hui) and leave the messages to him, but he did not reply anymore, I also to the branch few times talk to him about the money where it go, last Friday, told me don't worry the money still transfer to your account soon, so I wait until a statement mailing from bank, I bring the statement to him at Monday, he told me make a mistake the money transfer to their TD Banking account, he told me will solve today, I will call you when I finish, but I wait all day he did not call me, Today I went to the TD Bank again and want directly talk to branch manager, but he is not back yet, I leave my cell phone number to TD staff (Eddy), Let see today???

Takes a long time for doing a simple transaction (15 mins). The money order you made from this branch cannot be used, missing both counter signature and authorisation officer signature. If you have nothing to do but wasting your life, this would be the place for you. The worst bank service experience in my life. I would give 0 star if google allows me .

There was a huge line up today. I didn't end up in it thankfully, because I came to open an RSP account today and went to the front desk greeter woman. I got up to her desk and quickly figured out she didn't actually speak enough English to understand what I wanted. I then gave up. I consider greeters to be representative of the entire business. This one told me that the use of English is not a priority to the manager and frankly, I don't want an adviser I can't understand. I wouldn't have minded if she had spoken in French as I would have understood that. But I don't plan to learn Chinese anytime soon so I won't be back to this location.
