why don't they close his branch if they really don't want anyone's business.  Phone never answer and no one call you back even you left tons of message.  Shame on Bank of Montreal, Time Square Branch.

I was trying to deposit bank draft from TD bank today. The lady insisted to see the receipt of my TD back account but not the receipt of the bank draft, otherwise, she was not able to deposit for me. obviously, she suspected my bank draft is fake. Worse service ever and aimt gonna use bmo anymore.
