Over the past few months, the car wash has repeatedly been closed during regular business hours. I have made multiple trips expecting it to be open, only to find it unavailable each time, which has been a complete waste of time and fuel.nnIf the frequent closures are due to equipment failures or unavailable parts, I strongly suggest that this location be permanently closed. This would prevent customers from being misled and experiencing the same inconvenience

Touch-less. Even though I waited in line for an hour, the station is spacious and in a very convenient location.

01 september 11:30 pm. The most irresponsible behavior I have ever seen! While everyone was waiting in line, the employee left his own car at the pump and for hours no one could get fuel. We warned him to move the car, but he replied, ‘I won’t move it, I’ll move it after my shift ends!’ Absolutely no respect for people’s time. Having such an employee is a huge disgrace to the Shell brand. I will never come back again and I don’t recommend this station to anyone!

This is what happened January 28 around 10pm. As shown in the photos, in this kind of weather, we fueled up and used the cleaning tools you provided to clear the snow off our windows because we were almost completely covered in snow and could barely see the road.nAt that moment, one of your employees started yelling at us, repeatedly shouting, “No clean! No clean!” I told him that my windshield was completely blocked and that I needed to remove the ice, but he kept shouting “No clean! No clean!” and started saying things in English that I couldn’t understand.nnPlease take a look at this weather, more than 10 cm of heavy snow. Every car on the road is in danger, you are forcing us to take on more risk. I asked him, “Do you want me to get into an accident before you’re okay with it?”nnThis station has provided me with the worst service I have ever experienced, especially in such extreme weather conditions. Just to reduce the amount of snow you have to clean, you are forbidding all fueling vehicles from even clearing snow off their windows!nnI was refueling here and using the cleaning tools you provided, this is a basic service I should have access to. But is being yelled at also part of your service? Operation team, please retrain your employees on how to handle service in this kind of weather. Simply yelling at customers and standing behind the counter is not the solution. I will report this until it gets the attention it deserves.
