Do not open up any accounts with them, the worst branch ever specially with branch manager. I'm google local guide and developer so trust me or you will experiencing in the hard way.

I am extremly disappointed in the attitude I received from the staff at this branch including the Branch Manager by the name of "Marcella Della Serra Phelps" ... the quality of customer service is zero and I don't recommend this branch to anyone. There are far better TD branch's out there that can respect customer's time and provide exceptional service. As a new client to TD, I had stepped in today to open up a new account. Not only was I insulted and was told there is a problem with my ID even though there was absolutely not a single thing wrong with it the branch manager stepped in and fully tried to dismiss the case. As promised I indicated there will be a review left on this branch and as others have shared their experience the rating of this branch speaks for it self thanks to so called "Branch Manager" The service I received was absolute garbage and for sure they don't deserve my business or me as a client. Wish you good luck Marcella Della Serra Phelps ! my time was completely wasted due to lack of experience you have as a branch manager. Two thumps down !

The worst experience I never had before. Embarrassing and frustrating! The customer service manager, Florentina Litvin, has no customer service skills at all. She didn’t try to help customer and solve the problem. Just say “I cannot”,“No” and “come tomorrow” before doing any actions to solve problem. If I don’t push to let her solve the issue today, I have to wait and come back to branch again. Although the problem has been solved at the end, I feel so embarrassing and frustrating because of what she said in front of others and no smile at all. I’m very upset about her customer service and how I was treated.

I go to this branch often as I live very close by. Never had I encountered bad service from them. All the tellers are friendly , helpful and efficient esp. Alex. One small complaint is their investment ( financial) advisors keeping changing all the time. I can’t find one familiar faces.
