Assistant branch manager wouldn't increase my transfer limit while overseas when trying to transfer money to my parents. Apparently the amount constitutes a large sum of money. Perhaps it is for someone to makes a pittance for a living. Will be taking my business to another bank. You've blown almost 20 years of business away. Half the blame is on the Canadian banking system and their ridiclious anti money laundering laws - funny that they should prevent me from trying to give money to my parents when I am a fit and proper person and admitted legal practitioner. They would know this after subsidizing my law degree. Do yourself a favour and bank elsewhere. The only person worth their wage at that branch is Behdad / Behzad. Thanks for wasting my time.

Lila was very professional and efficient when I wanted to open a account with rbc. It was a overall enjoyable experience visiting this branch.

I had the misfortune of dealing with a Reza at this branch. I felt like I was dealing with a car sales man as opposed to the institution of RBC. I would concur with other reviewers observations that if you are not Persian don't bother banking at this branch. You will not get consistent professional service. Becky Chui as the branch manager I would advise that you retrain your staff on the etiquettes of basic costumer service of looking at patrons when addressing them and offering simple smile. If your staff, as was the case with Reza, failed to sell me on investing my funds with your branch financial adviser your staff need to keep in mind that I am still an RBC client worthy of basic costumer service courtesy. I could easily withdraw my funds from RBC but I realize there are a lot of Reza's out there... in other institutions. All we can do is voice our objections in public.

Horrible branch. Rude manager, rude tellers. You get preferential treatment based on your racial background / country of origin. There can be the longest line at rush hour, and tellers will literally call people out of line and walk them to the front bypassing everyone else. Further, Fred who is one of the "main guys" there gives awful financial advice, and only helps people who he wishes to help based on once again, preferential treatment. Very unpleasant, RBC head office needs to seriously check this horrible excuse for a bank branch.

Problem is RBC closed a nearby branch, now too many people come here. There is usually a line even with 5 tellers open.
The employees are good and friendly, only issue is we need another branch in the area or this branch needs to be larger.
