Horrible customer service!!! Been here 4 times now, a complete waste of time. No body knows what they are doing and they definitely don’t want to work.
I am going to complain about this branch because I’m so frustrated at this point.

I am at this branch for the 3rd time. Unpleasant experience. No one here like to help and always long lineup. Branch have few employees that always do nothing and 2 or 1 people at the front desk. Why the ones who do nothing can't support the front desk??
Anyway, before I move to different bank I had to leave a nice review.

No one answers the phone - and when another branch is calling in to discuss an issue, no one answers the phone from their own colleague at this branch!! Where is everyone??

Excellent branch to do your banking, very friendly and helpful tellers who always serve me professionally when I do my banking. Easy access to parking lot.
