What an absolute disgrace of a bank. My family member was dealing with the branch manager for a professional matter when the branch manager physically pulled her card out of her hand without permission. Yes, literally yanked it. This behavior is completely unacceptable, a violation of privacy, and downright invasive. It felt aggressive and disrespectful, bordering on assault.nnWe will be taking immediate action by contacting the authorities and filing a formal complaint to ensure this branch manager is held accountable for their actions. No one should have to endure this kind of treatment, especially in a professional setting. The branch manager’s name is Sundara Reka Jangam.
I visited this location to deposit a check a few days after my account got hacked? How? Someone tried to use my card? Called customer service no problem my account is locked because of this so I visited this branch today to get my new debit card since I can’t login to mobile banking nor pay for anything lol the manager was absolutely pain in the aaaa asked me a few questions okay I failed coz how do I know what was my last transaction while I can’t even login and check for you. Don’t waste your time here they are the worst branch.nYes, they verified me through phone, email and 2 IDs but still I need more proof that’s me? Ridiculous I think her name was Christine she doenst have any customer service skills no nothing i don’t know how she became a manager all she does is sipping on that protein shake and get paid
Worst branch of TD worst branch of bank worst manager of the world. Manager should resign honestly. No amount of experience or degree should help her. should be ban from every bank system of the world. I am questioning the whole TD bank management system. Just because of this manager and branch. I am going to close all my accounts and tell everyone of my friends not to open any kind of services with TD.
The worst TD branch possibly in Canada. Dont except to ever be in and out at this location. You will be waiting a minimum of 45 minutes to get to a teller. They have three atms and two of them are always down and the one that does work usually only dispenses $5 bills. The drive through atm has been destroyed by homeless people and the place is disgusting always. TD get your act togrther and fix this embarassment.
THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A TELLER.nnI went to deposit a small amount of cash and the front line teller was plain rude and was annoyed why I wasnt using the machine.nnBeen a customer of td for 20 years and never had a teller be so annoyed at doing the simplest of task a bank is designed to do.nnEmployee name is Vrushal, if you can find a better job then do it, no need for your attitide at the end of the day. Quit if you dont like it, dont get smart by saying stupid things. Do a different job if you dont like this one.nnAlso, in Canada you thank your customer for thier business.nnThis branch lacks basic manners.
