Mixed opinions with respect to this branch or bank as such. Enormous waiting time as they seem to be Really Slow!! Lethargic Staff :nnThere are indeed good ones in the staff like ‘Wisvini’ who have always been helpful in multiple occasions of me visiting the branch. At the same time, I have witnessed customers losing their cool over the really slow service in the tellers as well.nnThere are 5 tellers and 3 bank ATMs within this branch. The deposit box is on the left wall to the door of entry.nnThere is indeed ample parking for the bank’s customers.nnThere is a line for the customers and it’s always advisable to have a prior booking if you are in for a meeting with a financial advisor.
Ryan has been great with us.nWe need more employees like him for us to keeping adoring the CIBC chain.nnThe branch isn't the most modern but we have been satisfied with the given services. We booked appointment so we didn't feel the waiting time mentioned from other reviews.
Wait times are waaaaaaaaay too long. Spending over an hour to make a deposit is not acceptable. Hire more tellers to clear the daily lines or don't open the doors. Staffing only 2 tellers at the end and beginning of a month is ridiculous and poor management. Please do better.
Worst brach ever visited. Lack of customer respect and very unprofessional. So, more words totally disasters
Usually busy place due to less number of tellers. Most of the time I visit this place, I waste a lot of time in the queue. They always have less number of people in the wickets. I would suggest to increase the number of active teller counters or manage the staff as per the queue. They used to have a separate business transactions line which they closed later
