Came in to do a simple deposit today and ended up doing so much more! Lori at the counter, went over and above today, with her friendly, fast and professional service!nOn a sidenote, the two instant teller machines that I have had many problems with in the past have been “removed“ and will be replaced with the old style machines that are much more reliable. As of right now, there is some damage to the exterior wall from the removal of the machines , that is currently being repaired.nVery clean branch With friendly staff.nAlso, at 12:00 PM on a Tuesday I did not even have to wait in line

To the individual who used the word ‘pressing’ while helping the customer, that’s not good customer service or the personality is not aligned with your occupation.nnIf the bank has recently changed the policies, and the customer is inquiring, please work with them for a better understanding from both sides, instead of showing signs of agitation.
The bank machine outside is always out you can't deposit cash, or out of service so annoying. The indoor machines no access door is locked. It was good when it opened but now is gone down hill I am not impressed. It's been more then once that I can't seem to get the machine working. Customer service should also be shown after hours.
I came into this branch after a negative experience at another TD location regarding my husband’s small business account. Michelle David, the Branch Manager, went above and beyond to help us and offer solutions. Thank you Michelle for your excellent customer service.
