I've been a customer of this particular branch since it was relocated from the east end of the Parkway Mall. I cannot speak for any other branch, but this branch is the absolute worst for customer service. Long line ups with no acknowledgement of the inconvenience to those waiting patiently in the line. Signs everywhere about the respect they deserve and nothing about the lack of respect shown to their customers. Typical. Staff are friendly and helpful when you finally get to speak to one.
The typical horrible customer experience you have come to know and expect from TD Bank if you are a customer of theirs. On my latest visit i walked in, the line extended all the way to the front door and there were 4 tellers serving people. 10 minutes later after having barely moved there were only 2 tellers serving people. An honest and actual full hour later, i finally walked out of there. Yes, it took 1 full hour to do a 10 minute transaction. I have or have had accounts at all the major and some small Canadian banks and i can safely say TD Bank is the worst bank in this country.
This is the slowest branch and staffs are just walking around. Estimated wait time at this branch is at least 45 minutes. I wonder what is the point of having so much teller desk and only 2 tellers working. This needs to improve asap
Horrible Customer Service. I visited the branch on Feb 5 to send a wire transfer to the UK. All the information I provided was accurate but the teller told me that letters are not required before the account number we provided so she removed it from the wire transfer! I assumed this to be accurate so I went with her advice. 1.5 weeks later the recipient still had not received the money! I went back on February 14 and another teller assisted me and said the account number was incorrect and there should be letters at the beginning of the account number. I told her the last teller told us this is not required when we provided this information. Anyways, she said she will make the change on her side and that the money did not go through so we should be good. We went 5 days later and the recipient still had not received it. It was most likely due to the first teller imputing the incorrect account number and that an investigation is going on now. We are out almost $3000. When we called the TD hotline and the visited branch they say they cannot help us and we will need to wait. It has been about a Month now and the recipient still had not received the money or we have not got it back. Every TD employee gives you the wrong or different information. I may need to look at using a different bank from now on!
As many already commented, there was no reception. So basically you can wait for infinite amount of time before anyone actually acknowledge your arrival. I left after 10 mins. I do not recommend this branch for any appointments unless you like waiting
