This Branch doesn't open on Saturday, that's fine but I just wanted to make deposits at the atms so I can pay my bills, atms do not allow deposits not sure i just unlucky or what. Regardless this is it, I am switching to another bank.nnP/s: I hope Scotia bank corporate read this review cau' your ATM in this city are really trashed compared to other bank
We are utterly appalled at the service we've experienced at this location. We have visited this location multiple times to resolve an issue with a cheque. ISAAC is incompetent and needs training on how to provide proper customer service! He was rude, kept talking in circles and did not let me talk to a manager! An email was also sent to head office with this complaint. We will not be conducting business with Scotiabank moving forward!! We expect a response from head office within the next 48 hrs!!!!
Worst experience ever . Today I went to this location to get my balance certificate and bank statements. The cashier name Mr. Dip ask me for $15 for my balance certificate and 5 dollars for each month statement . And when I ask for my balance certificate . He questioned me that how I will know about balance certificate . Like seriously none of his business. To ask these stupid questions to customers . And I don't know from when they start charging for bank statements .

Jane & Wilson Branch would not assist with providing pin number for a new Visa. This Branch updated the pin number in less than 5 minutes and never asked any security questions. All we required was Photo ID and done. Thank you for the excellent and quick service.
