Don't like going to this branch. Waiting too long in line and by the time I get to the teller I feel like I'm going to pass out. I try to avoid this location at all costs. They made you wait forever and I feel like I'm treated like a criminal when I'm depositing my paycheques.

I wanted to express my gratitude to Dimitra - I had an inquiry with another branch representative she was not aware of nor properly instructed on how to deal with the issue. She took ownership of the situation and with help of Carlo, one of the managers at the branch saw the issue to completion.

By chance I had a gentleman named Liam Dolan help me with a money transfer last week at this branch. During this visit Liam noticed a couple of things on my aunt's account that I'm POA for. He took the time to explain how these things could be changed and the benefits the changes would bring.nI returned today and Liam straightened everything out for me.nFirst class service from a first class guy!nSincere thanks Liam!nKeith deRoux

Typical TD more & more common, no information as the ATM machine being not available. Doors locked and no information to inform the same. Use the TD app and clearly shows the ATM location as being available. The TD app should indicate clearly which ATM is open or close. Possibly time to change banks that actually 24 hour access. Utilize Scotiabank ATM with a $3 terminal fee which shouldn't have been needed if the TD ATM was available.
