Not sure why this branch has such low ratings but I only speak from my own experience. I was given FIVE STAR service by Marc Anthony Branco. I was a victim of identity theft/fraud and Marc went above and beyond in helping me file a a dispute/claim with the fraud department even though I was outside of the country. When I came back to Canada I met him personally and he helped me regain access to my accounts and reversed all bank fees due to the opening of the fraudulent accounts. Thank you Marc !
I came in today at around 2pm as a new client. Would’ve given five stars but in all honestly the floor plan and service is very inefficient. Line was backed up to the door and had to wait all in all 40-50 minutes to finally receive service. That lost one star for me. I understand that volume of clients cannot be controlled or predicted but there was also a dark skinned woman with a black surgical mask and gloves, black cardigan just standing in the corner behind the counter, looking at the line that reached to the door and seemingly spacing out. She eventually decided to help ONE person and then decided to walk off and do nothing again. That lost me another star. The three stars are all for Farhanaaz! She was the saving grace of this whole experience. She was very kind and respectful. The system was giving her issues but she remained patient and kept conversation with me which I enjoyed very much. Common courtesies aren’t so common these days unfortunately, but ‘Naaz’ is outstanding made my whole day. She was very helpful and lovely. Hopefully RBC makes some serious changes, including recruiting more people like Farhanaaz! :
This branch is by far the best in customer service, professional and just nice!nChizoda is all about the customer and really listening what is needed. Thank you to client advisor Maj and financial advisor Bisola for their excellent service. They went out of their way to make sure my needs were taken care of. I would recommend this brand to all clients. I have never had such excellent service in my life.
First of all, not all front desk employees wear badges to know their names so you can be specific about the bad experience you had with that person. Very unprofessional and no standard communication skills and not welcoming faces ... to be a professional at your job, you must leave your negative attitudes home and present the RBC at work as you should because we give you business.
