Tantra Fitness Mount Pleasant

The teachers are all really nice and fun. Everyone is quite nice and I didn't feel intimidated like I originally thought I would. There's a location closer to where I live but I will probably keep going to this location since I am already starting to feel familiar with everyone.

The most fun dance fitness classes you can imagine! My favourites are TNA w Brooke (Cardio & toning fun) & Aerial Yoga w Caroline (Relaxing-stretching-goodness). You won't regret their 2 week trial package. This location (to me) is the best - so welcoming, clean, and friendly!

Great location, lovely studio and great teachers. This location has parking, but you have to walk around the block to get to it. The parking is reliable and convenient, though.

Great selection of classes. Very thorough teachers. This is a great place that is non judgmental. You can wear what makes you feel comfortable or what makes you feel sexy and it is ok!

I come here for aerial classes with my bestie. It is fun but pricy so get a punch card or one of their deals. $15 for an intro course to see if you like it but you have to share equipment for that class. I like this location over the Richmond one which feels like a warehouse. They have parking in the back which is great. I have not taken pole but it is very popular here. There are several guys who also come here but i think aerial classes can be rather painful for them. None the less i admire their effort
