The best ever group fitness class I have ever been to. Strongly recommend it to those who need inspirations to work out. Michael is the best trainer in the world. Very patient and friendly.

I've loved the time I've had here so far. Joining 4 months ago, I am constantly challenged by the variety of classes & love the energy & passion of the instructors & owner, Eric. I feel as though this gym is suitable for both a beginner to fitness but also a well-established daily trainer. There's so much equipment to work with & the price is ridiculous for the location. Try it out!

Amazing fitness studio with so many options so you never get bored. They offer boxing, kickboxing, TRX, tabata, yoga, kettlebell and tons more. Great instructors and a supportive environment with a real community feel.

Urban fitness has the best group classes in all of Vancouver. I have been to many studios and this is by far my favourite. The classes are challenging, the music is good, the instructors are all top notch and will kick your ass! Also, the people that attend these classes are really cool and personable. Urban fitness has a great little community going and if you are new to fitness, this is the place for you
