We opened our doors in Vancouver 2007, with the endorsement of professional basketball athlete Steve Nash. In-line with his vision of promoting a healthy, balanced lifestyle for all, we continue to redefine the standard gym experience as BC’s largest fitness provider with 19 clubs and growing.

This gym is the reason I joined with Steve Nash, the staff aren't pushy and I find treat you very respectfully. I can easily come here in the morning and get in a workout with all of the equipment I planned to use. They have beautiful, clean, change rooms and I love all of their other amenities as well. There is a great variety of equipment, a lot of space and a ton of natural light that comes into the facility. I docked one star because the Jacob's Ladder has been broken since I started my membership 6 months ago and I've informed them at the front 3-4x times. (and I would really love to be able to use it)

I work with the personal trainer Daniel Atkins and he is amazing.  I've been seeing him for about 3 months now and I have made good progress.  Every time I'm beginning to loose focus, he's asking me if I have further goals.  The more I work with him, I realize that he has thought through a plan with me.  Like getting my dead-lifts right, so he can combo in a more interesting dead-lift to squat to shoulder press.  On the nutrition side, when I'm receptive, he always has a bunch of things for me to try.  If you are looking for a trainer that won't yell at you, have fun in sessions, and is interested in your progress, give Dan a try.

Some of the women in the gym are so freakin hot! Like, Holy Cow, man! Forgot about the warm up machine, just look at the booties and your heart will be going 160 beats a minute! Wow !

Excellent gym with well-maintained equipment and helpful staff. Depending on when you go, there are definitely quiet times to take advantage of and use the equipment. What would make any gym perfect is losing those 'superset' [annoying] peeps who hog two machines or more at a time and don't let you work-in. Come on people, you're in an inner-city gym not your personal gym! A couple meatheads as all gyms have and the rest are great folk of all mature ages and body types and races. Great diversity makes you feel comfortable.

They just seek money. I joined this gym on May 2016, and I cancelled my membership on Nov 2017, but they keep charging my money and they make phone call every single day. Come on. I already signed up for my cancellation and the receptionist told me there will be no more additional pay. Im not gonna recommend this place to anybody
