After being to numerous anytime fitness locations in Canada, this is by far the best. The facility is always clean, tidy and inviting. There are always fresh towels, clean washrooms/showers and friendly staff available during the day. I've never taken any personal training here, but everyone who does seems to be having a great time. I'ts never too busy and you can always find a quiet hour to complete your workout. The staff and owners should be very proud of themselves. #1 Anytime fitness in my experience!

As with any Anytime Fitness, they are open 24 hours. This location also offers towel service, and the showers are a moderate size.
Be forewarned you must bring your own shampoo / shower items.
Remember to the floor after your shower, just like you wipe your equipment after each use.

Would highly recommend this location to anyone!

Although this gym isn’t really for me, I did do a trial week and to my surprise I wasn’t accosted by trainers or pressured to join for a year. The staff was extremely friendly and totally not pushy which I loved. Great gym for anyone looking to do a quick and effective workout, for me it lacks any of the luxurious amenities I would look for in a sports club.

The most comfortable gym I’ve trained at in over 20 years. Amazingly friendly staff, clean facility, showers at all, cool clients, and has everything you need. I’ve been a member of golds, fitness world, and spartacus gym, but nothing compares. Do yourself a favour at try this location out before others!

A dream place to work out. Ideal location for anyone commuting on the Canada line or working around Olympic Village. The machines are top quality (The cardio machines are connected to the internet so I can watch last night's game/ news while warming up). The staff are all very nice and always great you with a smile so are the other gym members. I love this place and cannot recommend it more.
