Great community gym with way more equipment and space than any community centre. Very well equipped ladies only section also. I also love that despite it's size it doesn't have the big box gym feel to it where all the staff try to sell you something else every 2 minutes. Everyone is friendly and helpful and it's never overly crowded. A solid 5 stars!

Great facility, really clean and has great classes with professional instructors. The weight room has a great selection of strength machines and free weights plus there is a decent sized area for abs and stretching. It's close to where I work and the whole street has a pretty good neighbourhood vibe.

Gym is good but be VERY CAREFUL of the contract you sign if you join this gym. I told them I wanted to cancel because I haven't been there in 6 months and it was before my membership ended and they decided to charge me $56 because I hadn't given them 30 days notice. When I signed up they told me they would phone me and remind me of that 30 days at month 11 (never followed through with that) and I moved away and forgot. What they did to me is legal because it is in the contract but I am paying that for something I won't be using. Kind of leaves a sour taste in your mouth. Especially after having paid them for a year and not having used it for 6 months of that year then being charged on top of that. But hey it's all business.

Awesome new spin program run by Wholey Fit! Lots of classes to choose from and the instructors are fun and energetic!! Finally a place that combines a big gym with a high quality spin program that's way more affordable than your typical spin studio!

I've been going to this gym for over a year now. It has quickly become my favorite gym in the entire world, and I've been to well over 10+ gyms! The whole staff really accommodates, caters to, and values their members. In terms of equipment, it has everything you could ever need, and even a women's area that's fully equipped. Very clean and well maintained. Fantastic gym!!
