I've been an Urban Fitness member for over 3 years now.  I love attending the classes there; the instructors are very knowledgeable and motivating.  I look forward to going after a hard day at work and seeing the friendly faces of the other members. Lots of variety of classes, you will never be bored.  Every year I try to set new fitness challenges for myself, and Urban Fitness has always encouraged and motivated me to meet these goals.

The best gym there is. There are many students and seems like everybody enjoys the workout shared by the instructors. Would recommend to people that enjoys working out as a group. It is really amazing that you will gain friends and fitness buddies unlike traditional gyms. No judgement from others. Even the fittest member gets to max out with workouts. Instructors are amazing! Love the atmosphere so much.

I Love Urban Fitness!  For the past 5 years, I have trained from the comfort of my home gym in both kickboxing and yoga. I had tried plenty of different fitness centers before that point, and was always disappointed in everything from the equipment to the atmosphere. So I figured forget it, I'll go solo. I won't lie, I've been able to achieve great results on my own, and thought it couldn't get any better. Then I visited Urban Fitness with a friend, and realized how much better my workout experience could get!  From the beginning, that a passion for fitness was the fuel that made this place run as opposed to the focus on money in most facilities. You could feel the positive attitude in the air, and the gym was so clean! Each piece of equipment seemed to have the optimum amount of space surrounding it, and everything was in great working order. I wasn't able to take advantage of their instructors during my first visit, but have done so since and thoroughly enjoyed myself.  Everything considered, I can't think of a good reason to not come to Urban Fitness as often as you exercise. If you are a fan of body weight training, they have everything you need and a few things you probably haven't even thought of. The crowd is optimistic and non-judgmental, and I have seen firsthand that they accommodate every level of fitness enthusiast. Visit them today and see what I mean for yourself!  Winston, Satisfied

Love it! The instructors are great, and the classes are nice and varied. Sometimes your going back to basics, focusing on technique and strength, and other times your working through exciting new combos. Either way, I wind up working harder than I ever did by myself at a gym.  Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. The room is always immaculate, with enough space to punch, kick, and move without worrying about the person beside you. Instructors are also happy to offer different variations meaning you'll be working hard from beginner to advanced.  Would highly recommend to anyone who likes group classes and wants to burn energy/de-stress.

I've been going to classes at Urban Fitness for almost 3 years now and I am super excited that their new South Granville location is now open. It's brand new with lots of space, but has the same great friendly vibe as their Downtown location. All Urban Fitness classes really caters to everyone of all different levels. Whether you are new to the gym or a veteran to the classes, all instructors are really supportive and encouraging. I've always been very active and their classes are the only ones that pushes me to go harder and do better.  Most importantly, I have met some really great friends for life. I am at the best shape of my life and it's all thanks to Urban Fitness. Try them out, you won't be disappointed!

I have been a regular member for 2 years now. My main goal was to lose weight and be fit, strong and healthy. Being a mother of 1 I had gained a lot. The workouts have helped me reach my goals and get the transformation I was looking for. The dedication of the trainers is incredible and they help you get motivated to reach your goals. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone no matter the level of fitness they are into. Do not give up on your dreams. This is the right place to make your dream come true. Try this place out for yourself and see how amazing it is!!!  Seriously all the instructors are so good and will motivate you the entire 50mins you are there.  Classes are so good you will never get bored as they are always different, even if you have tried the class before the work outs are always different.  I love it and can't say enough about Urban Fitness.  I recommend it to all my friends and already have some of them hooked.  Judy

Amazing place. Classes encourage team work and the instructors make sure you get the right modifications so your workout is tailored to your fitness level.

If you want to push yourself and notice that you can do more than you think you can, Urban Fitness is the place to be!

There are plenty of better gyms. Don't waste your time, money or energy here.
