This place is a dump. It's unclean, the equipment is very old (rusty) and poorly maintained. Someone is going to get hurt on their equipment due to the poor maintenance. The equipment is rusty, old and seldom works properly. When you report broken equipment at the front desk, they don't even write it down. Honestly; it's a really good day when I step on an elliptical and it is working properly. Machines that's aren't labeled as broken have missing cardio sensors, squeal loudly, are missing protective parts, and haven't been cleaned in months. They have (literally) been saying for 10 years that a renovation is right around the corner. It is filthy gym. Take a close look around the floor and corners. Nicotine patches stuck on things in the change rooms for months. Black grout (nope, that's mold). Zombie cleaners that look like they claim, but clearly don't. Staff never clean or tidy up. Personal training staff block any area they want especially the aisles between equipment. I feel there is a fair chance to get hurt easily here. I would not join this gym again. Ever. Poor Steve Nash. I wouldn't want my name associated with this gym. If you're paying more than $12 a month you are paying too much.

Signed up to this gym in August because they have several locations and the price is decent for month to month. I looked at my credit card bill a month ago and saw a $70 "enhancement fee" which they charged me without consulting me first. I contacted the gym to which they told me I had to speak to the specific person who signed me up. Upon calling him I explained the situation to which without hesitation he offered me a month's free membership (which doesn't equal 70$). I assume he did this without hesitation due to the large amount of people complaining (which I have read in previous comments). Low and behold they still charged me for the following biweekly payment! I called him again and he was baffled to why I was charged that payment. He confirmed the following payment would be withheld. Obviously fed up with this I contacted my credit card company and informed them of the situation. This company charges you without permission. I asked what this fee is for and they said to "improve equipment". I'm pretty sure there is no new equipment in this gym as well.... what is my monthly membership for if not to upkeep the gym? I've been to many gyms and this is poorly run. Wouldn't recommend this place. Pay more for less of a headache somewhere else. They also had my name wrong in the system for months. I asked them many times to change it to my actual name which I am sure hasn't been done still. Quality customer service - not!

I enjoy this gym, but the staff are so disorganized that it's annoying. Myself and others are owed items from from their reward program, but they NEVER have anything in stock and ALWAYS give the same excuse as to why they have no stock (blaming the marketing team). I've been waiting for over 6 months on a bag. I've noticed managers change recently, but the service remains the same. If a manager can not provide what the business is offering then they are failing in their positions. When they want something from a guest, they will hound you and hound you, but when it's time for them to do anything for you, it's a fight to get their attention. And right now they are winning, because I'm thinking of giving up and moving to another gym.

I dislike this gym for so many reasons (staff soliciting me for personal training sessions while I'm in the middle of a workout, zero enforcement of any rules, management basically absent, bros taking shirtless selfies in the weight room, spin instructors that yell about losing weight for bikini season, annual facility improvement fees that should just be recouped in the monthly membership fee, poorly maintained equipment...), and yet I continue to go because it's nearby and cheap. I wouldn't recommend this place, unless you're desperate.

-1 star for high prices. I'm only a member because the location is convenient for me. Facilities are ok but not great. There are only two bench press stations. Extra features like group aerobics and yoga classes inflate the cost. If you just want to lift weights go somewhere else.
