The beds are amazing. The staff are the friendliest. I left a review 3 yrs ago that I must correct today. Prices are now affordable and packages the same. I will say a tanning accelerator is hundreds but that's not on them. Love this place today.Services: UV tanning

This tanning chain used to be worthy of their highest price point in Eugene — cleanliness near Godliness as well as bulbs changed optimally…but recently I have been continually shocked to find floating hair behind the glass, whirling dust bunnies, and crusty conglomerates in the rooms themselves. Not sure what happened, my bet is Covid nearly cost them the business and they were forced to reel in expenditures to basic at best. Now they need to adjust their attitudes and prices accordingly as Capitalism prevails.

Great place to tan. Haven't done it for years, but I'm planning a late spring vacation. Don't want to be a ghost. I believe her name was Ramsey who helped me get a tan package. Very thorough and helpful. Angel has helped me on several other occasions. I highly recommend this place based on just customer service alone. They make you feel comfortable even if you feel out of place.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I had the worst spray tan experience I have ever had in my life at this location. it was my first time there and I got a spray tan versa to be exact. I’ve gotten many spray tans before so I am not unfamiliar with them. In the booth, I was getting sprayed with air not tan for the second half of the session. I mentioned this to the girl working and she said something along the lines of “we can do another round but it’ll probably be uneven” saying that we could not simply just do the side that was missed. she then said that the best option would be to go home, shower and then drive to another location when I had told her my whole reason for a spray tan was because I was leaving for a trip early the following morning, I was just working all day and stopped to get the spray on my way home. Her suggestion is to go home, shower and then drive to another location? it was approximately 7 pm when I was at the salon. She also said that she was unable to refund me. When I asked for a refund and said that I would just self tan myself at home she said “but then youll be pale for your trip!! “who says that?? although she said she was sorry I could tell she really did not care as she was clicking away on the keyboard and not coming to assist me. anyways, I never write bad reviews on people but I was incredibly disappointed in the service I received at tan republic on west 11th and will never be going to that location again. as someone who has worked in the service industry for years, it is completely unacceptable.
