Trevor, the owner of Strength Lab Eugene, is a phenomenal trainer, and versatile enough that he's run me through conventional strength training, conditioning, triathlon preparation, and left me with a much-improved sense of how to train in a varied and effective way that has significantly improved my strength, mobility, and overall fitness.

I strongly recommend his gym!
