The only place in Eugene that I take my sewing machines and serger for tune ups and repairs. There's absolutely no pressure to trade up from my vintage and older machines. I appreciate that Viking recognizes the importance of repair and reuse. Staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. Plus, the store is well stocked with a variety of common and useful sewing notions, tools and supplies.

My wife and I went to Viking probably 4-5 times when looking for woodburning stoves. All the staff at Viking (especially Scott) were great every time we were in. Much better advice and selection than local farm supply stores and much lower pressure sales and more reasonable prices than our experiences with local fireplace-type stores. Their selection may not be the best in town but it is certainly sufficient and they really seem to know their products and can make effective recommendations for your home. They even came to our home (free of charge) for measurement and consultation prior to purchase and Scott gave many great tips for my DIY install. While we hopefully won't have to purchase another stove in our (or our home's) lifetime, I'd certainly highly recommend Viking to anyone looking into purchase of any type of wood or pellet stove!

I needed to replace the hose on my vacuum. The guy had a used one and sold it to me for $15. I was very pleased.
